The 7th annual Showdown competition will be held on Thursday, March 29th as part of the Spring Slingers series of competitions. The event will be hosted at Cactus Jacks Saloon in Kamloops, BC. This competition is meant to be a fun event for all bartenders and spectators in attendance and will be a Level 1 event on the 2012 FBA Pro Tour.  Each competitor will be required to make five (5) drinks in their flair round, featuring both working flair and exhibition flair skills.  There is $1050.00 CAD in total prize money to be won thanks to sponsors Beam Canada, BOLS Liqueurs, Russian Standard Vodka, Cruzan 9 Spiced Rum, Molson Coors Canada, Red Bull, Cactus Jacks Saloon, Sandman Hotel and the Bartenders Guild.
