My name is Ellie I have been flair bartending since I was 18 years old with TGI Friday's and yes it is Always Friday at Friday's. Training started when I was 17 years old so I could secure my job at TGIF as soon as I was old enough. I absolutely love to flair bartend! It is my passion in life and I strive to be the best bartender in the world. I turn 21 this year so WATCH OUT VEGAS!!! I will hold the TGIF World Bartender Championship Propeller in my hands this year it is my biggest dream and I am going to fulfill it. I love to teach flair also. I currently train TGIF bartenders, and its awesome because I am not even old enough to drink lol.
