John has over 15 years of experience as a Flair Bartender, participating as an expert, trainer, and coach in projects related to Flair Bartender techniques in several cities in Peru.
He collaborates with many national and international brands, conducting promotional activities and consulting as an ambassador.
His projects and collaborations also extend abroad to Panama, Mexico, and Ecuador.
Thanks to his extensive experience, he is now a spirits educator and owner of Bijou Cocktail Bar in Lima.
He is currently among the top three in the 2023 World Class Peru.
He took third place in the Flor de Caña Challenge 2023.
He took third place in the Cointreau Challenge 2025.
He was also the 2025 Tiki League Champion and founder of the Christmas Flair Competition, a national flair competition program.
